Licensed Professional Planner

Mr. Martin has been tested and passed both the New Jersey Professional Planners Examination and the American Institute of Certified Planners (A.I.C.P.) Comprehensive Planning Written Examination. Mr. Martin has appeared before municipal planning and zoning boards to provide information and testimony on small and large projects alike. If zoning variances are required for your project, Mr. Martin can provide a professional presentation, information, and testimony in conjunction with you or your attorney's appearance before the board having jurisdiction. In addition to appearing before boards, Mr. Martin is currently Chairman of the Zoning Board in Westwood NJ and he has a thorough understanding of the information that boards require in their review processes.
